Was half way through the process until the call failed and froze. Which then I tried again and waited 1hr 30mins until there was a glitch in the app and waited another 3 hrs and still in the same position all that time.
Terrible, wait ages in queue, to be told my sound isn't working

Horrendous. 5 hrs today trying to set up an account for my daughter only for it to disconnect everytime i was at the front of the que.
Not the quality of service you'd expect. Over 2 1/2h on the call to set up a new child account, 2 hours of those just waiting in the queue. App has also techical issues as at times they cold not hear me and had to complete the process via standard phone call. Lots to improve to avoid customers going elsewhere.
Doesn't work - crashes and logs out while in the queue. Pointless app
Most useless app by barclays by far, downloaded yesterday and no matter how many times I tried using it I got error message saying "technical glitch" and I lose my space in queue
First installed this app and got through immediately. 'Genius!' I thought. didn't last. 90 mins trying to get through today. Every time did something else on my mobile I seemingly got chucked to the back of the queue. Twice the app broke down with a 'glitch' message; back of the queue again. Gave up. On another matter tried to get an in branch appointment - visited branch, no appointment on day, and no booking system. My phone number taken on a bit of paper promise of a call back. Poor
